Not sure what to say?

As a future Aggie growing up in Haskell County, I was privileged to know both Wallace, Jr. and his dad. Great men, both of them. Always friendly and outgoing, interested in their fellow man. Haskell is better for their having lived there.

Life is full of unexplainable thoughts. Just a couple of days ago I was thinking of the fellows in our outfit who were still alive and WAllace headed the list. We were in the same outfit for all 4 years at A&M.

Thought of Wallace and Jo and all five Coxes all the way home today. What a fine family. Wish I could have been there to sing the Aggie War Hymn and Spirit really loud. Love you all!

I hust now happen to screen up class of 1949 in Aggienetwork and saw that my WONDERFUL and GOOD friend Wallace had died. We were casual friends at
Aggieland and classmates, BUT, we were ROOMMATES in Amarillo a few years after graduation when Wallace worked for his uncle in furniture business. We roomed with
a wonderful widow lady on Hughes street whose husband had been a supreme court judge of Texas. I learned to know what a kind wonderful person Wallace was and we both got
to...

To the Cox Family,
God bless you through this journey of grief, but may your memories of Wallace lift you and feel your hearts with joy. He and Jo were wonderful Christian role models for many throughout the years.

The Haskel Housing Authority will greatly miss Mr. Wallace Cox. Wallace has been a board member for the housing authority for 2yrs and provided valuable input in the operations of the Housing. Our condolences and prayers are with the family.
Sincerely,
The staff of the Haskell Housing Authoriy
