Not sure what to say?

This was a tremendously inspiring person who is no doubt a loss to us all in fact we have been enriched and in an equal degree protected by the many astounding national and even global defense measures that this person has participated. May the family have peace we cherish the special memories. “He will render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up...

I was so incredibly sad to hear of Hawk's passing. He was truly one of the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He had a heart of gold and always went out of his way to be friendly to others. I will miss the times we sang together and his beautiful voice. I just saw him a few weeks ago and if I had known it was to be the last time there is so much I would have said to him. Many prayers to all his family and friends, the world truly lost a good one.

I'm very sorry for your loss. May the "God of all comfort" bring you peace during this troubling time.

My condolences to the family. May God provide you with strength and comfort during your time of loss.

Hawk was a friend to everybody. I met him when he joined our Legion Post. He was one of the nicest guys that I ever knew. We had fun singing together at some of our Legion parties. I will miss his kindness and sense of humor. John Kovach Am. Legion Post 90

I know it's not easy. But keep in mind For all things you have "the strenght by virtue" of him who imparts power to YOU (Phillpians4:13)

Hearing the news of Hawks passing was really hard to accept. Hawk will forever be remembered by everyone he touched with his gentle, loving smile. His voice was amazing and I loved listening to him sing. His sense of humor honestly kept me as a Holiday customer, I'd go out of my way to get my gas and whatever at Holiday just to see if he was working. He was a friend to all and shared unconditional love. I am so sad that Hawk is gone, but I am happy because I had the pleasure of knowing him...

Will miss u kind and gentle face. Sadly missed by Cody and Helen Shinaway

I know everyone knows you as "Hawk" but I know you as Willie and always will. You gave me the best gift in the world our "Son" . Over the years we have shared many good times and some sad times but we always cared about each other. I am so happy you were able to be apart of our son's life and our grand kids life over the years.
We were blessed with an amazing son and his beautiful family. You will always be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Will miss...
