RIP Mom!
June 18, 2011
Auntie Ann,
You were a wonderful lady! I have so many memories of growing up visiting you in your little cottage perched on the hill. Your exquisite taste, fabulous culinary skills, incredible skill as an artist- these are the things I will always remember! I hope that you and all your brothers and sisters are enjoying each others company once again.
Sending my love above,
Amy Grieme Newman

Always like a mother to me, Ann resides deep in my soul. She taught me how to sew, needlepoint, paint, cook (loved her Chicken Pate and German Chocolate Cake!), make a home, set a table, garden, and most of all, she taught me to give a certain amount of time every week to helping others.
She worked tirelessly, and with a smile, at church fairs, suppers, and visiting local homes for the elderly. She included me, and in doing so, gave me an example to follow to this day.
A perfect mother-in-law in every way, a perfect friend. Your smile will always be with me. My love will always be with you. Hillary
