Margaret Pudlo

Pudlo, Margaret M. Margaret M. Pudlo age 96 of Highland, formerly of Hammond, passed away on Wednesday April 20, 2011. She is survived by her daughters: Judy Davis of Griffith, Marge (Phil) King of Roselawn, Grandchildren: Cathy Davis, David (Paulette) Davis, Phillip (Lisa) King, Susie (Chet) Kwiatkowski, Elizabeth (Rich) McChesney, Vicki (Peter) Singleton, 12 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Ted, great granddaughter Cynthia, brothers Clarence and Chuck, sister Bernice, and by her son-in-law Bob Davis. Morning Prayer services will be held on Tuesday April 26, 2011 at 10:00 am at White Funeral Home and the Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 3025 Highway Ave. in Highland with Fr. Jon Plavcan celebrating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL. Friends may meet with the family on Monday April 25th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith, IN. Margaret was a member at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Highland. She and her husband Ted were the owners of Pudlo's Food Shop in Hammond and East Chicago. Margaret worked many hours at the stores while Ted delivered milk for Central Dairy, Dixie Diary, and Pleasant View Dairy.
