I am so sorry I just found out about Alice today. When I found out, all I could picture is Alice with her infectious smile standing before Jesus. His words to her would be, "Well done thy good and faithful servant." I feel so blessed to have known her. What a sweet sweet person.

All my condolences to the Schmucker family, I know it's a painful loss. I didn't know Mrs. Schmucker ... only her food and kids and only through the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed reading her obituary because it showed how treasured she was, it's nice to know that kids still appreciate their mom. She will be missed by all of Toledo. The world is a bit more somber without her in it. May God bless you all.

Alice was certainly a Gem...a very happy smiling face that greeted me first thing in the morning everyday for over 20 years when I was making my deliveries at 5am at Schmuckers while an employee with Nickles Bakery...she radiated with the love of Jesus and it showed...My heartfelt condolences to Doug,his family,friends and employees who will miss her terribly...God Bless, David Dillard

This woman lived Jesus! She led me and my brothers to Christ.and even though she had her own kids she always loaded up the wagon with ALL the neighborhood kids for church and VBS I know she is joyfully dancing with her LORD!!!! Thank You God for lending us your angel Alice.
