I rekindled my frinedship with Jan after nursing in Mudgee for a short time this year.
I worked with Jan when I lived in Wagga Wagga some 17 years ago and we hadn't seen one another since.
I was working at Kanandah Nursing Home in March this year and I spotted Jan in the Singing group. The group had come to entertain the residents. I went over to Jan and said I know your face...and I did. It was so lovely to meet her again and being Jan she asked me for lunch which was delightful. We enjoyed our time with some other dear friends of Jan.
I was so so shocked to read of her passing and so sad. A lady so full of life with goodness overflowing.
Dear Jan I will miss you. You were loyal , loving and dependable.
My sincere sympathies to your family. xx

Jan had many friends in Mudgee especially in our local Garden Club. She was a committee member, demonstrator and active participator in our projects over many years.
To her family, our condolences; we will miss.Jan greatly.

Dearest Janet and family.
You were a good and clear friend to a man who for sixty years has spanned the Millard family in its twists and turns and my own varied journeys.
Critical at times but never censorious, always welcoming and taking my jumbled arrivals with a hug and cup of tea, with love and interest I wish you peace and joy everlasting.
Your standing for affection and family, regardless will give you welcome in your new place

Dear extended Millard family.
Am very sorry to hear about the passing of Janet. She was such a fabulous lady. Janet loved her family immensely and lived life to the fullest. Janet was very creative and talented. She was a wonderful Mum away from home for me.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
