Maldonado, Domicindo
Domicindo, age 70, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, was born on January 30, 1945 and went to heaven on Friday, January 7, 2016.
Domicindo proudly served in the United States Navy in both active and reserve branches on The Midway and USS Skagit destroyer ship. He also worked and volunteered training service dogs for the disabled veterans.
He was preceded in death by wife Loretta Maldonado; parents Candido and Eufrasia Maldonado and Phillip Maldonado; brothers Emiliano and Nestor Maldonado and wife Rena; and niece Catherine Sanchez. He is survived by his two children Steve Maldonado and wife Rhonda, daughter Stephanie Morales and significant other Robert; grandchildren Matthew, Miranda and Calen; mother Edilia Maldonado; brothers and sisters Ernest Maldonado (Vickki), Priscilla Sanchez (Robert), Phillip Maldonado (Debbie), Phyllis Maldonado (Larry) along with Godchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Monday, Jan 18, 2016 at 9:00 am at Holy Family Parish, 532 Atrisco SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 with burial immediately following. Burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501. Arrangements are under the direction of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th Street NW, Albuquerque NM 87107. 505-343-8008.

Cindo, thank you for being in my life since I was 5 years old. I remember you used to help me with my math homework and would end up doing it for me lol. You were the only Dad I knew throughout my life. Thank you for everything you did for my kids and I. Now you're with my brother in Paradise. We love you and will always miss you.
