I was privileged to work with Warren for a long time at Sandia National Labs. A true genius, masquerading as a simple soul. I loved how he would never wear a tie, never! Once or twice a year, only if a sponsor was coming in, he would resurrect it from the back of a drawer somewhere. Then one year, a different tie appeared. I couldn't resist commenting on it. His reply: "This is my other tie." Loved the man! Condolences to his family. He will most certainly be missed and fondly remembered.

Uncle Warren was remarkable, funny and delightful to be with. Ian and I will miss him terribly. We are most grateful to Danielle for her care, advocacy and unwavering love and devotion.

I remember Uncle Warren best as a great teller of amusing stories. I don't think I'll repeat the one I remember best here in writing, because I think he didn't know that little David was listening in on the adults telling stories over wine late at night. ANYWAY, we miss you and love you Warren and will be praying for you Aunt Dan!

We will always remember Warren for his affability and humor, his willingness to explain abstruse concepts of physics to those of us without his broad knowledge, and for his enthusiastic approach to living. We are grateful for the love he demonstrated toward our sister, Danielle, through their many years together. We will miss him.
