Karen, I would li,e to extend my most sincere and heartfelt condolences. From the time that I first met Ken, I knew we were destined to have many fruitful conversations from the counter of the post office. I will always hold those conversations I had with him dearly as well as have a silent chuckle whilst remembering all the "jokes" he needed to tell me from time to time.
I know that he truly adored you from our conversations and know that his thoughts and memories that so many hold will be of great comfort to you as time passes.
God bless and comfort you and the rest of your family.

Ken was also my XO at ACU-1. We remember most that he was "up from the ranks" and he always looked out for us. We knew he was there when that fabulous brown hotrod pickup pulled in the XO's spot, and he jumped out with a smile and a wave, and went in to his office. He liked being there as much as we all did. He will be fondly remembered. Rest in Peace Shipmate!
