Kenneth Ronald Kilby of Alamogordo, born in Richland County WI, June 24, 1939, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016. His parents were Frank and Lillian (Williams) Kilby.
After graduating from West Lima High School in 1957, Kenneth served in the US Air Force for 20 years. Kenneth was an active member with the VFW and Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his daughters: Sue Sales (Larry), Cheryl Winrow (Mike), Lynda Zamora (David); grandchildren: Aaron Sales (Lindsey), Brandon Angus, Codi Auld, Nathan Winrow, Colton Auld, Gabriel Zamora, and Rachel Zamora; great grandchildren: Kristie Auld, Riley Bowers, Rory Sales, Colton Auld; two loving sisters Mavis (Dan) Wolf, Franklin, Tenn., and Carolyn (Karl) Brackmann, Woodinville, Wash., and loving sister-in-law Martina Kilby, Sun Prairie, Wis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristie Auld and his brothers: Venard, Albert, Richard and Carroll and sister Avis Hewuse.
Kenneth leaves behind many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either: The American Heart Association, The Susan B. Komen Foundation, or Wounded Warrior Project.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2016, at The Alamogordo Funeral Home Chapel, 2301 First Street Alamogordo, NM 88310.
The Kilby family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.

Grandpa Kilby,
So sad to hear of your loss, knowing that I've never had the privilege of meeting you. I can only imagine what a great man you were by the amazing family that you've created. I am truly blessed to be a part of your family.
