Barrett, Beth age 74, of Burtchville Township, Michigan, passed away on February 14, 2021, in her home, surrounded by her loving family after a short illness. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan on May 14, 1946 to the late Robert and Betty Schindehette. Beth loved her family and friends and lived and breathed her grandchildren. Next to her family, Beth's other great love was her gorgeous flower garden she created and maintained every summer. Beth was a phenomenal wife, extraordinary mother and the most amazing Mimi ever. She was kind and welcoming to all she met. She will be terribly missed and remembered daily by her family. Surviving, in addition to her loving husband of 47 years, Ted, are her children, Betsy (Craig) Koss of Pinckney, Michigan, John (Diana) Bromfield of Coconut Creek, Florida, Ted (Emily) Barrett III of Fort Gratiot, Michigan; her treasured grandchildren, Nicolette, Johnny, Teddy (IV), and Ethan; sister Beebe (Lynn) Wolgast; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Beth was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Billy and Bobby Schindehette. Interment will take place in Burtchville Township Cemetery. A celebration of Beth's life will be held this coming summer. Arrangements were entrusted to Smith Family Funeral Home of Port Huron, Michigan. For information, www. smithfamilyfuneralhome.com.
