I loved Hugh Ponder!! He was a co-worker at the Calhoun County Road Department for many years. There is no way, nor enough space, to share the many memories that are bombarding me at the news of his passing. Enough to say we shared a bond of mutual respect, and the love of a good practical joke, usually at Hugh's expense. He would be mad of a little bit, the laugh and say "You got me girl!" Many sympathies to his family for their earthly loss, but also many praises to know he is with his beloved Carolyn and his Heavenly Father.
