Words cannot fill the void that your hearts must feel at Arthur's passing. Be comforted by the loving memories you have of him and the wonderful times you spent together. May the lord continue to bless and guide all of you .

So many memories....the one that stands out was as the new Director of the Park and Recreation department, I inadvertently spoke with Roger Kane about a joint park development. Well Roger asked me who I would like to see on a board to oversee a joint development of this park. Well my response was front page of the News Transcript and Fred Jahn and Art took me out to lunch and Art read me the riot act about who made appointments. I figured I was finished, but Art said I know you didn't mean it, and said don't let it happen again. Arthur was a tremendous politician and friend. Rest In Peace my friend.
