Dominick J. Fattaruso
Galloway - Dominick J. Fattaruso, 79, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2018 at AtlantiCare Medical Center in Pomona, NJ. Dominick was born in Newark and raised in Nutley. He was a Point Pleasant resident for over 40 years and moved to Galloway after his retirement where resided for the last 9 years. Dominick loved playing pool and shuffle board in his spare time. Spending time with his cherished family was his greatest joy in life.
Dominick was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Fattaruso and sister Theresa Sarrecchia. Surviving are his loving wife, Virginia (Tirone) Fattaruso; children Donna and her husband Stephen Whitman, Maria Fattaruso, Dominick Fattaruso Jr. and his companion Deanna; grandchildren, Melissa Sanchez, Michelle and her husband David Kawczynski, Melanie and her husband Matthew Schwartz, Dominick Fattaruso III and his wife Cecilia, Raymond Fattaruso, Taylor Fattaruso, Thomas Girone Jr., Stephen Girone, Emily and her husband Donald Siddons and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Alexa, Madison, Tezra, Kayden, Liam, Hadley, Donald and Savannah. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 3-7PM at O'Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick.
