We enjoyed several trips with Evie and Harold, and had many fun times. She was a wonderful hostess and gourmet cook. Loved visiting with them at their lovely home. She will be missed by all!

Dear Harold,
I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of your beautiful wife, Evelyn. There are no words, of course, to express the deep sorrow your family is experiencing at this time. While I never met Evelyn, I do know, as your classmate and friend, that she was so fortunate to have been able to have shared her life with you. You are in my prayers and thoughts. - Buddy Anton
Remember by Christina Rossetti
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you planned:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
