Jeannine Arrigo
Ship Bottom - Jeannine M. Arrigo, age 62, of Ship Bottom passed away surrounded by her loved ones on February 23, 2018 at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin. Jeannine was born and raised in Union City before moving to Long Beach Island in 1997, where she and her parents vacationed regularly. She loved the sound of the ocean, relaxing on the beach and visits from all of "her kids". The loves of her life were her cats, Boots and Smokey.
Jeannine earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pace University, New York, from where she retired after 35 years of service. In 2009, after a brief retirement, Jeannine served as an Executive Administrative Assistant and a Board Liaison at Stockton University. She is remembered for the impact that she made to both universities, which are better places due to her dedication and commitment to her work. Jeannine enjoyed traveling to Atlantic City with family and friends and frequently visited her "west coast cousins" in California.
Jeannine is predeceased by her parents, John and Marguerita Arrigo and her sister, Lorraine Arrigo. She is survived by her cousins; Debra Suarez (Julio), Patricia Rossi-Figaro, Cordia Rossi-Melofchik, Stephen Rossi (Mary), Stephen Meehan (April), Joan Meehan-Warner, Timothy Meehan, Barbara Gibson (Michael), Patricia Cobb-Meehan, and Salvatore Amendolia along with extended family and friends.
