Joseph Mahon
Toms River - Joseph "Jay' Mahon, 82, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on January 27, 2018, at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Newark, NJ, and lived most of his life in Kearny, before moving to Toms River in 1976. He was a member of Local 696 Sprinkler Fitters of Millburn, NJ. Jay was a member of Knights of Columbus of North Arlington, NJ.
He is survived by his beloved wife Ann Mooney Mahon of 55 years; his three sons: Brian and his wife Kim of Toms River, Kevin and his wife Nicole of Toms River, and Joseph and his wife Lisa of Toms River; his daughter Ann Kloman & her husband David of Tinton Falls; & ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30th, from 4-8 PM at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Contributions in his name may be made to Deborah Heart & Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ
