Lisa and Ronald-Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father. I met Leroy as he was ever so kind in mailing book donations to the Omaha Correctional Center prison. In speaking over the phone with Leroy, I remember his sincerity and warmth. I will always remember your father as a kind man who made a real difference in the lives of others. In sympathy, Denise Morton, Omaha, NE

Lisa and Ronald-I am so very sorry for the loss of your father. I "met" Mr. Schmidbauer because he ever so kindly sent book donations to the Omaha Correctional Center prison library. I had to opportunity to speak once with Leroy, and remember what a kind and gentle person he seemed to be. Please know that your father's thoughtfulness and generosity will always be remembered. Sending prayers in this time of sorrow. Sincerely, Denise Morton-Omaha, NE

Dear Cousin leroy, Thank you for all the phone conversations about history. You always knew about the events i had a question about. Im happy we got to talk about Kenilworth and what it was like when you were a child. You encouraged me to follow my dream of writing a book and one day I promise you that dream will be a reality. Thank you for sending me the family photos that I will treasure forever. You were a great cousin and you will be missed.
