Dear Lisa and family,
I was shocked and deeply saddened when I saw that Luke had passed away. Luke is unforgettable in so many ways. He made me a better teacher because I had to learn how to motivate him as well as help him find ways to calm himself. He could be quite challenging at times, but he was such a loving, sweet little boy. Luke often demonstrated compassion to children who were younger or who needed someone to voice their needs. He had a very strict sense of what was fair and would stand up for other children in peer interactions, which was remarkable for a four year old. Luke could also be hilarious at times, sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally. He certainly kept me on my toes! I'm praying for your family and I hope you all find some peace during this sorrowful time. With much love ❤
