Who would have imagined a year ago that someone so full of life would cease to be living among us. My heart still breaks and my thoughts and prayers continue to go out to all who where affected by Billy's fun magnetic personality. Larger than life, still ever present. Always missed. xoxo

With teary eyed shocking sadness I share this precious thought of a precious being. Billy has volunteered at several of the fundraisers I've held through the Share Your Sparkle Movement.
Always glad to say "YES" and "What do you want me to do! Just tell me and I'll do it!" He made each event that much more delightful. I can't believe he will only be present in spirit at the next one.
My prayers for peace and God's continued presence go out to all who are saddened by this special man who touched so many lives. May Billy rest in eternal happiness.
