I have been blessed to be a friend of Evelyn's for many years. She was valued by all in our knitting group as she valued us. I'm confident heaven will be adorned by many beautiful quilts handcrafted by Evelyn! She will be missed. We all trust, however, that "each day will be better".

Juanita,
My mom and Evelyn were good friends when they lived at Good Samaritan Village in Sioux Falls. Evelyn was the leader of their quilting group. We met Evelyn and Mick many times at the Village and enjoying hearing of their travels. Evelyn was a lovely woman, interested in education and world events. She was always cheerful, spirited, and kind. My mom loved being part of that group and knowing Evelyn. Bob and I are thinking of Evelyn and send you our sympathy and love.

Juanita,
My mom was a friend of Evelyn's when they lived at Good Samaritan Village in Sioux Falls. They were part of a lively quilting group. I met your mom and dad many times and loved to talk with them about their travels. Evelyn was a lovely lady, always interested in education, cheerful, and spirited. My mom enjoyed her many projects. I have ornaments Evelyn made on her sewing machine hanging on our Christmas tree. Bob and I are remembering your mom and sending sympathy to your family.
