My sympathy on the loss of your Mother. She was my Mothers best friend from College. I met her several times. She had a great smile and was very gracious. My mother, Millie, misses her.

Teresa, Scott, and families,
I am sorry I will not be able to make it to the service in Britton today, but want you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you. So many fun memories of Marilyn... What a strong woman she was - willing to put herself out there, and go for what she believed in. I really admire that in her, and believe she was really ahead of her time in that respect...Lover of animals, and always had a sweet kitten or cat as her pal...Wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother....Tireless in her energy.. Fantastic and energizing PE teacher!! She was quite a remarkable woman and she will be missed. She lived a great life with gusto, and now she is reunited with her gem, Emerald. God bless you all.

I too would like to express my sympathy to Marilyn's family. I remember her PE classes and many things she taught us, much of it centering around being "lady-like" but also numerous fitness instructions. She was always a delight to visit with and remembering Emerald as such a kind man. What a legacy she has left her family and so many others, especially Britton people. My sincere condolences to your family. May God "who comforts us in all our trials" (2 Cor 1:4) comfort you and your family at such a difficult time. I know God will help you to endure because he cares for you (1Peter 5 :7).
