My sincere condolences to your family. May God "who comforts us in all our trials" (2 Cor 1:4) comfort you and your family at such a difficult time. I know God will help you to endure because he cares for you (1Peter 5 :7).

I never met Rosie, but my grandma, Lorine, spoke of her often through the years. I know they used to work for the phone company together and remained good friends. I bet they are doing some catching up now! Sorry to hear of her passing.

So sorry to read about Rosie. I worked for Alice Penticoff for several years a number of years ago and met Rosie thru Alice . Rosie had me come to her house and she gave me some items of Alice's after she passed away. I know they loved each other very much and I still miss Alice. Rosie was a dear sweet lady - I sort of lost track of Rosie a couple years ago - I used to send her a greeting card now & then. I was surprised to see she almost made it to 100!!!! My sympathy to all of you. Patti Pearson, Larchwood, Ia.
