Although 500ish miles were between Bernice and those of us here in the Chicago area, each visit with Bernice was precious. I looked forward to seeing Aunt Bernice and all the relatives in Canton. I think since Mom died, Bernice's sister, we developed a special bond. She was all I had left of mom, and my siblings and I were all she had left of mom. I will miss Aunt Bernice and our conversations of her and her siblings growing up and the Kaskie farm, her letters and cards she'd write to me and just being with her. Love you forever Aunt Bernice.
