Family-Placed Death Notice
ALLRED, Edna Edna K. "Kristy" Allred, age 65 of Fayetteville died Saturday, May 31, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents Abner Basil and Gene Rose (Jones) Clark. She is survived by her husband Ted H. Allred of Fayetteville; son Gregory (Tina) Allred of Cape Coral, FL; daughter Paige Allred of Fayetteville; grandchildren David Allred of Jacksonville, FL, Taylor and Alyssa Allred of Cape Coral, FL. Mrs. Allred was cremated and a memorial service will be Friday, June 6, 2008, 7 PM at the First Fayetteville Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 6-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorials can be made to Southwest Christian Hospice, 7225 Lester Rd. Union City, GA 30291 or Fayetteville First Baptist Church Bus Fund, 205 Stonewall Ave. E. Fayetteville, GA 30214. Arrangements handled by the Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Mr. Allred, Paige and Greg - When I think of Mrs. Allred I always smile. She truly was the type of person that you couldn't keep from laughing if she was around - just a loving, funny, wonderful woman. I love all of you and will carry memories of your mom with me forever...

Well Ted, we have lost another kind and sweet person. I know Kristy and Elaine are in heaven having a wonderful reunion. You and Paige are in Joe's and my thoughts and prayers.

Ted-We were so sorry to hear of Kristy's passing. She was a beautiful, kind and funny woman-and she will be greatly missed by all. Please know that Andy and I will continue to pray for comfort, peace and strength for you and your family.
