Golden Family, please accept my warm love and extremely deep tears and sympathy for Rena. She was such a caring, funny, courageous, compassionate, positive, kind-hearted and just plain outstanding woman. Her humble, happy and honorable spirit will never ever be forgotten in my heart. We will miss her very, very much. I know Rena will truly be safe in God's memory until He brings her back to life to enjoy perfect health and youthful vigor forever in His coming paradise on earth very soon!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. 1 Cor 1:3,4

By increasing diversity in the media via CNN International, Rena Golden was a woman of vision and courage. She went beyond the cookie-cutter 'one-shade' imagery mostly seen in the media and she put before the world a very positive presentation of Asians, Latinos and Black women of rich hue (think Isha Sesay at CNNI, now US, as just one example).

We will miss her contribution not only to the media/CNN, but to our Roswell community. Rest in peace, Rena, and my prayers to her family during this time.
