I am so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him and working with him in 1994 while working in the Lincoln Atlanta office. He was well respected and a pleasure to work with. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Pugmire will be sadly missed by The Salvation Army in Marietta. As a head of the Salvation Army in Cobb County my condolences to the entire family. We will be eternally grateful to him for all his support and friendship. We will keep the entire family in our prayers during this difficult time. Our deepest sympathies. Blessings!
