My name is Allison Neal, I just read about Julie, I was lucky enough to know Frankie and Julie when I lived in Augusta, I am truly sad and very shocked about her passing, she was truly very nice person, she will be missed.

It was always such a joy seeing Julie's smiling face each day when we worked together at the Richmond County Tag Office. It was a pleasure to work with her and whenever given a task, she didn't mind doing it. My prayers are with the family.

I am going to miss you but I know that you are happy to be reunited with Frankey. I am grateful for having both of you as friends. We had many wonderfull adventures and I always enjoyed listening to the fascinating stories of your lives. I have no doubt that you are surrounded by the many cats, dogs and assorted other animals that you adopted over the years.

I dont know what to say except that i love you. I cant understand exactly how you feel, but God does and will keep raising you up. I hope that our prayers will help a little. I understand times like this can be full of anxieties and stress but remeber god is a God of comfort. 1pet5:7 says you can throw your burdens on him because he cares and he will sustain you. I hope this helps with your loss.
