Alex you have been a part of our family for over 40 years. We will miss the fun times, Christmas Eves, poker parties and your smiling face. You will always be in our hearts.

I first met Alex over 30 years ago when he was an events associate at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. His job was to make people smile, and I think that in fact was his job in life. I know he always made me and Wendy smile when we would see him at the ballpark, carrying a full load of beer and peanuts, and a fistful of cash. We never bought a beer without looking for Alex first. It was always worth the wait. He would always stop for a story or two, and start and finish with the heartiest laugh anywhere. We will really miss our friend. There's an old song "In Heaven there is no beer .. that's why we drink it here!" But I think if the song is wrong, and there IS beer in heaven Alex will be up there handing St Peter a a cold one and heading right on through the Pearly Gates ... laughing!
