I only knew Jim through my friend Joanne and the wonderful stories she shared about her Father in-law.
He was SUCH a supportive Grandfather to Jodi and Father in-law to Joanne. They could not have a better person in their corner. His love made their lives richer.

May peace be with you all.

My condolences are extended as you mourn the loss of your dear loved one. May you find comfort and strength to cope during this trying time. (Psalm 90:10)

To Scott,My lifelong friend. My prayers and thoughts are with you, Sandy, and your entire family. Jim was a good man, had a big heart with a giving attitude. Also gave his opinion once in a while. He loved his sons and entire family. He loved his city, state, religion, God, and country, and he would be happy to discuss those and many more.GODSPEED JIM OWENSRicky

I got to meet Jim a few times at get-together's at Scott and Sandy's house and he always amazed me how much energy and fun he had. I always thought I hope to be like that when I'm in my 80's and 90's!

What an incredible life - I had no idea he was a SeaBee! Scott must have got his building experience from his Dad!

I know he will be greatly missed by his family.
