Donna and I just learned of Ken's passing tonight. So sorry to have lost touch with Ken well over 40 years ago, but like RT, have always carried a smile in our hearts for the years we spent with Ken and his - and our - amigos - as a small part of what, if memory serves, we affectionally called "The Armadillo Express." Sending our deepest condolences to his friends and family, and wishing Ken happy trails in the hereafter. HB

My sincere condolences go out to Ken's family. I worked for Ken in the automotive industry on and off for several years. He was a caring, creative, generous person, always had a smile and an open door...one of the finest businessmen that I had the pleasure of working for. It was truly an honor to have known him. Rest in Peace Ken, we'll all miss you.

To Kens wife and children,
It was a long time ago that I knew Ken Schatzberg and considered him a friend . Back in my post college days Ken, Ram, Danny and so many others were his closest friends and we all had so much fun and good times together all those many years ago. That group enjoyed Scottsdale as much as any ever did, as we explored the literal boundaries of it and of our growing up. I will always remember him fondly and laugh and chuckle at all the fun we had. It was no surprise that he became a business leader in his community, his great intelligence and his work ethic accompanied a great respect for his friends and employees. A winning combination. He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him . The loss of a good man is hard to swallow and to his wife and family, I hope you will be comforted by only the sweetest memories of him for the rest of your lives. Your loved one touched many lives including my own. RIP Ken, I will always remember!
