May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I knew Michael for a little while at Carl Hayden High school. He was a caring and quite math teacher. I knew he enjoyed sports. I believe he was a hockey fan. He had a good sense of humor when we joked around. Rest in peace Michael

I decided not to go to the funeral tomorrow. I have been reflecting on the loss of my former colleague for days. I believe he was a generous and kind soul whose work on Schoolroom Earth was simply done. In my heart, I know he won't need to reincarnate in this density again. I wish him well as I know he's well-wishing all of us from the other sideI can feel it. Some of us don't know we are spiritually close because on Earth we simply aren't physically close. There's this veil of forgetfulness, and all this distraction of surviving and social norms. But when I saw the notice that he died, his name, that he died so young, still a math teacher in a public school just down the street from me, a warmth overcame me. I remembered the warmth his presence brought into any room with him. I didn't know him these past 19 years, each going our separate Earth ways. But soul groupsthose of us who are grouped between lives, each group having it's own unique set of lessons (mine being service-oriented-lessons based in compassion for self and others) we tend to bump into each other here on Earthkind of like toddlers and parallel-play (due to the veil of forgetfulness). We bump into each other doing what we do... Being of service to the public. Although I didn't know him these past 19 years, my instincts tell me he got the compassion for others part down. I hope he was able to also find compassion for self. Those of you who I bump into as we do what we doon Earth, know this: our eyes may be blind here on Schoolroom Earth, but our hearts know. Thank you, Michael. Bless you, Michael. Earth is richer for your brief visit. I rejoice having known you.
