Dr. Clark let me sit in on the organ studio class every week from 96-97. He was an extremely nice person, on top of the wit and knowledge he had. Simply put.... he was really great person.

I just heard Michael Barone mention in his Pipe Dreams broadcast that Organist, Robert Clark had died recently. I looked up the obituary and found that this was Professor Clark who taught my Man and the Fine Arts class at Baker University in 1958 or 1959. The class was a real eye opener for a math/physics/ athletics major but the music did come alive, especially Pacific 231 which he played for us on the first day. He was quiet and put up with a lot chatter from the athletic back row as the course was required. I remember that he told us about the time delay of the Church organ and how it complicated services. I have good memories of Professor Clark! James Armstrong MD, Pittsburg, Kansas.
