AGENT, Charles Clayton
Charles Clayton Agent, 88 of Enid, Oklahoma most recently of Glendale, Arizona passed away on September 2, 2017. Charles was born in Ft. Smith, Arkansas on December 3, 1928 to Charles and Grace Marie Agent. Charlie spent 30 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in Phoenix, AZ at Luke AFB as Chief Master Sgt. Charles distinguished himself by receiving the bronze star for service under fire while in Vietnam, adding to his many other awards. In 1953Charlie married his wife, Jenny. While living in Japan they had a daughter, Pat. Three years later in Enid, OK they had a son, Clayton. After retiring from the Air Force, Charlie worked for McCaw Communications as a branch manager for 20 years. Charlie loved hunting, fishing, flying and building model airplanes. Charlie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Jenny; daughter, Pat (Gary) Beyschau, son, Clayton; brother, Dan Agent, sister, Sibyl Haynes, four grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Services will be held in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma with full military honors on Tuesday, September, 19 at 11:00am. An open house on Sunday, September 17th at 3:00pm in Enid, OK at the Agent home.
