Theodore Joseph Bryda

Cave Creek - Theodore Bryda, age 86, a loving, kind and gentle man, passed away March 29, 2021. He was predeceased by baby son, David. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, children, Chrisanne, Steven, Susan and Daniel. He was a devoted grandfather to Joshua, Michael, Jason, Laura, Eric, Max, Carter, Jack and Hadley; great grandfather to Dezi, Jameson, Evelyn and Finley. He is also survived by his sister, Joan and brother, Richard.

Ted served in Korea as a United States Marine Corps pilot and in 1959 he and Pat were married. They enjoyed 61 happy years of marriage during which they traveled extensively and moved from their home state of New Jersey to Massachusetts, Ohio and Illinois as Ted pursued his career with his Electrical Engineering degree. He retired in 2004 and has enjoyed life in Cave Creek Arizona since, often serving the town in volunteer capacities.

Ted was a private person and requested no memorials as he places himself in the hands of the Lord. At a future date he will be interred at Gate of Heaven cemetery in Whippany, New Jersey with graveside services.
