Wimbo was a SPECIAL man. An old school, stand up guy, a mans man. A character right out of a Damon Runyon story. He taught me how to be a better man.
His vast intellect, impeccably integrity, wisdom, humor, common sense and kindness was appreciated by all who were lucky enough to be in his midst.
His euphemisms are legendary around the Racetrack, and continue to entertain me and countless others.
I MISS him today, I missed him yesterday and I will miss him tomorrow and forever.
Right on, Boss, Right on.

Bill was one of the Best Broker/Shipper I knew. Always a hard worker to make and or fit the situation at hand. My honor to know Bill.

Wimbo - we did it all - from Osborn School, North High, U of A, Gardenia, the Army, Turf Paradise Wimberley Day Celebration, our lunches, and our confidences. I said good bye to you during my time with you as a part of my monologue at the Hospice of the Valley shortly before you passed. How fortunate it was for me to be with you just before the end time. As a lifetime friend I will sorely miss you. As I said to you, you are now in a better place.
