Jim and I spent many hours meeting at Eastpoint mall back in the day. He worked Dundalk and I worked Essex. We backed each other on calls. Never did he say "that's Essex district." He just went.A true professional police officer. God bless you Jim.

Jim was a dear friend for 50 some years. He was the kindest, sweetest gentleman you'd ever want to know. Jim always had a smile on his face and genuinely treated you like family. My condolences to Pat and their entire family. Prayers for peace and comfort knowing Jim is no longer suffering and is in the arms of our savior.

Rest In Peace Dear Friend. A true hero has passed. Jimmy always greeted you with a smile and had a never ending supply of jokes to lighten the day. Even in the darkest times he was a source of comfort and strength. He was a great cop. He believed in doing his job the right way. I have never met a more honest man. More than anything else, he loved his family. His loyalty and devotion to family and friends serve as a model for us all. It is my highest honor and privilege to have been included in his life. He was truly loved by all of us and will be forever missed.
