We remember Shirley as a valued co-worker at the Department of Recreation and Parks, where she prepared our various publications and assured accuracy in grammar and spelling of our written words. She was a diligent and dedicated employee who always had a pleasant comment to share, and a smile. It's been many years ago, but we still have fond memories of this lovely lady. We offer our condolences to her husband, sons, and their families. -From Her Recreation and Parks family

Shirley was a person who gave so much of her many talents, with a warm smile. From helping with firing the kiln for ceramics to organizing files in the volunteer office, Shirley made such a difference. Some people just glow from the inside with their positivity, and Shirley was one of those. I was truly blessed to have known Shirley.
