On October 26, 2013, William Foster, Jr., U.S. Navy Veteran, of Parkton, beloved husband of Joan W. Foster; devoted father of Patricia A. Miller and her husband Roland, William P. Foster, Richard S. Foster and his wife Beverly, Carolyn J. Cockey and her husband Fred; dear brother of Helen M. Foster; loving grandfather of Matthew, Michael, Elaine, Jennifer, William, Christopher, Lindsay, Patrick, Eric, Adam, Kyle and Emma; cherished great grandfather of Camryn, Avery and Evelyn. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor William's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services - Monkton, 16924 York Rd.(York & Monkton Rds. - Hereford), Monkton on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A visitation will be held Thursday from 10-10:45 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church where a funeral liturgy beginning at 11 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's name may be made to Our Lady of Grace Church, 18310 Middletown Rd., Parkton, MD 21120. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at:
