She was a 1942 graduate of Mendon High School and had also lived in Los Angeles, CA, Muskegon, MI, Indianapolis, IN, Cicero, IL, Battle Creek and Cape Coral, FL. On July 22, 1943 Dorothy married her high school sweetheart, Warren Jackson. He enlisted in the Army Air Corp during WWII and was stationed in Los Angeles. They also raised Dick's daughter, Patricia Muniz of Battle Creek. She was a volunteer at Bronson Battle Creek as well as Cape Coral Hospital for many years. An avid reader, she also loved the Tigers and Lions, win or lose, and watched U of M and MSU football. She recently started playing Bingo at Northpointe Woods and enjoyed the many new friends she met there. Dorothy is survived by her children, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild with another on the way, her sister June Culp of Cape Coral, FL and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Betty Little, husband Warren and her husband of over 45 years, Richard. The family will receive friends at the Richard A.
