Patricia Ellen Jackson

A Memorial Service for Patricia Ellen Jackson of Gassville, Arkansas will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Patricia Ellen Jackson passed from this world to be an angel with our Lord on October 17, 2013, at Baxter Regional Medical Center.

Patricia Ellen Jackson was born on April 8, 1942, in Clearfield, Pennsylvania to William G. and Margaret Simpson. Pat married Forest Jackson in 1992. Mrs. Jackson was an Administrative Secretary for 14 years for the Kiwanis Club in Wichita Falls, Texas.

She is survived by her brother, Bill Simpson of Seabrook, NH; stepdaughters, Susan Holden of Crandall, TX and Pamela Jackson of Springfield, MO; stepson, Barton Jackson of Marrill Inlet, SC; a half-brother and half-sister in California; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; her companions during her illness, Angel and Ginger, her dogs and Splash, her cat. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest; her parents, Carl and Marge Gates and her biological father, William G. Simpson.

Patricia was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Cotter and of the Mountain Home Easter Star Chapter #202. Mrs. Jackson volunteered many hours at the West Baxter Clinic.

Memorials may be made to the Wesley United Methodist Church Food Room, Cotter, Arkansas.
