Williams, Jr., Joe N. 1/2/1963 - 12/18/2017 Bay City Joe N. Williams, Jr. of Bay City, Michigan, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, December 18, 2017. He was 54 years old. Our irrepressible son, brother, uncle and friend was born on January 2, 1963 in Brownsville, Tennessee to Joe N. Sr. and Gloria D. (Muex) Williams. The Williams Family relocated to Saginaw, Michigan in 1965 and then to Carrollton, Michigan in 1969. Joe attended Carrollton Public Schools and graduated in 1982. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Bay City, Michigan. One of his first and most influential jobs was at Kropp Painting, Inc. of Saginaw. He worked there for a number of years crafting his strong work ethic and learning the trade of commercial painting. Joe was always very handy, and he then directed his talents into the field of industrial/restaurant cleaning and maintenance. He went on to operate his own business, Joe's Cleaning Service. Joe will be remembered for his brilliant smile, gregarious personality, and boundless generosity. He lived his life with unfettered expectations and endless hope; he encouraged everyone he encountered to do the same. Joe will be profoundly missed by his parents Joe and Gloria Williams; siblings Teresa Williams, Barbara Williams, Ken (Sherry) Williams, James (Shannon) Williams, Steve (Mary) Williams, Tony (Michelle) Donald, and Cheryl Kolka; beloved nieces and nephews Thomas Petree, Jasmin (Jeremy White) Williams, Breana Trudell, Sharhea Edwards, De Sean Edwards, Robert (Selena) North, Steffan (Kenya) Williams, Donte Williams, Sabrina North Williams, Olivia (Jared Sage) Williams, Trashan (Steven Cantu) Donald, and Asia Donald; brothers-of-the-heart Kirk Pelletier and Brian Geiersbach; family-doesn't-end-with-blood Richard, Naomie, Kendra, and Austin Latter; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins of Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, et al. A memorial service for Joe N. Williams, Jr. was held at 11am on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Paradise Funeral Chapel, 3100 S. Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI.
