Aunt Tommie Jean was part of so many childhood memories...full of love and kindness. I'm so grateful that she was my aunt, my daddy's baby sister.

Many great memories through the years of Honey Island and our Family. Aunt Tommie Jean was always around. Dad loved his little sister and her family... as well as all the rest of his 8 brothers and sisters. I checked in occasionally when in the area or by phone. Our last conversation was just a day or two before she went to Silsbee and the last thing we both said was "I love you Aunt Tommie Jean" and she said "I love you too, Jerry" Nothing else to say after that.

She will be missed by all who knew her. She was a good cook and those who knew her in High School playing ball, have many praises for her athletic ability.
When I needed help with good country cooking, she always had the answer.

I remember my fondest childhood memories when I was a little girl. My MoMo was the best cook. I loved her blackberry cobblers. My favorite stuffed animal was a deer deer she gave me. I remember her hummingbirds all around the yard. I love you with all my heart and will see you in heaven. Love, your grand daughter Amy

I Love you mama forever and miss you. My life will never be the same without you. Every day since you went away I pick up my phone to call you. We talked on the phone several times a day but I can't talk to you, IT KILLS MY HEART. You were never told just how special and precious you are and how much you are loved. I, love you so. Love Anna Beth

I will pray for the repose of her soul. And I will have a Mass said for her in my parish.
