Phyllis Eloise (Tweit) Rall, age 89, passed away in Bellingham, WA on January 7th, 2019, just over two weeks after her brother Gordy passed away. A Celebration of Eloise's Life will be held at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 26th. A reception will follow at the church. Rev. Joel Langholz will be officiating. I believe Mrs. Rall was my elementary teacher. She sent me a kind message after the death of my parents. I'm sorry for your loss and may she rest in peace.

I will miss visiting my "favorite redhead" and talking and listening to classical music in the background. Her smile was contagious.. rest in Heaven Sweet Eloise..with your beautiful skin:)

Mrs. RAll was my sister and my teacher in elementary school in the late 70's early 80's. We both adored her. Amazing teacher and sweet woman. Rest In Peace .
