To the Mencer and extended families:

My condolences in the life's transition of your loved one. Mrs. Mencer, one of my favorite teachers (3rd and 4th grade (1965-1967) West Center Street Elementary), you are in my prayers. May God strengthen you and provide consolation as only He can.
