To to the family of Sister Steward please accept my deepest condolences,my thoughts and prayers are with you.
So many lives she touched with her witness for Jesus. My mom accepted the Truth as a results of her labor of love. Such a soldier for the Lord always working to hasten his return in every unselfish prayer for others,me, my family and especially my mom who I believe to be sleep in Jesus. May she in rest until Jesus comesand she stand on the sea of glass! Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord ......that they may rest from their labors; and their works do follow them . Rev 14:13.

Sis Stewart as she was affectionally called by members of Ephesus was such a sweet lady with a sweet spirit about her. She loved her family and her church family. You could count on her to give you a piece of candy every Sabbath. May she rest in peace until HIS return.

I grew up calling her Mama Ruby. She worked so hard to make others happy and comfortable. She loved and and respected her mother. There were countless outings where the three of us would be at the Cotton Ave Thrift Store. They both were the best.
She cooked and canned and washed and loved her family to no end. She made some of the best sweet pickles you'd ever want to eat and always went the extra mile to garnish everything. That was Grandmother's touch.
Later in her years dementia / Alzheimer's started to take over. She never forgot who we were though.
Grandmother will always be foremost in my heart. We have shared the same space for 17 years. We've had birthdays and births, dinners and graduations. Good times and sad times, but we pulled through it all. Sometimes, we look to the elders for strength in situations and follow their lead.
I loved and still love my Grandmother. She was beautiful and faithful. She loved family and church. She survived to give us five generations, and reached the one hundred mark in life. Forever remembered, never forgotten!!
I LOVE YOU GRANDMOTHER RUBY
