Gail and I met as classmates at Brooke Hill School, and she become a treasured friend and later a bridesmaid in my wedding. Gail was so much fun and had an adventuresome spirit. She always had her friends interests at heart and could offer good counsel. After high school, we went with three other friends and our chaperone and history teacher, Mrs. Gage on an unforgettable trip to Europe. I wrote another friend all about our overseas adventures in which Gail figured prominently. My friend, not knowing that Gail was gone, found and returned that 50 year old letter to me two days after Gail received eternal peace. Reading the letter was reliving many forgotten details of that trip. I choose to think Gail's spirit had something to do with that timing. Gail made an effort to be with her Brookie friends for our reunion and another get together this year despite her failing health. It's a testament to her love for her friends and her determination to live life fully.
I'm so thankful for Gail's life and will really miss this wonderful friend.
My sincerest condolences to her children, grandchildren, brother and other family members.

Gail and I worked together for many years. We remained friends until her passing. We have had many early dinners just talking about family and life in general. She was very special to me and I will miss her very much. Her family was the most important thing to her and she loved them very much. I wish her family peace and can feel her presence through your great memories of her as the great mom that I know she was.

I had the pleasure of working with Gail for many years here in Charlotte. She was always smiling or laughing. She was a very hard worker and very devoted to her job. I was so sorry to hear about her passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
