Sorry to hear about your lost. My prayers are with you all during your time of sorry. I know what it is to lose someone so dear and kind. I loved going to the store and getting the best liver ever. Can't find that kind of liver anymore. THANKS for the great contribution you made in Docena with your store and the loving kind spirit. May God keep you in his care during this time of lost. I am Marshall and Gloria Johnson daughter Gwen, sister Jackie, brother Anthony and Morris. My dad, mom and sister is deceased now. My mom died 22 years ago but my dad died last year in October and my sister in November. I am still feeling the pain of their lost so I know what you are going through. She is now safe in the arms of the Lord.

Oh how Mrs. Tortorici loved all the children of Docena. She always had a smile and a hug if I needed one. Living in Docena going to the store was always a blessing and such a treat. My sisters Jean and Donna and I had great memories of those visits. Thanks Mrs. Tortorici! I'm sure I'll see you again! Praying for the family and friends.

Growing up in Docena, some of my fondest memories are of The Docena Lucky Store, and Greta and Henry Tottorici. Whenever we were allowed to go to 5he store by ourselves, we always knew we had a second Mama there to look after us. She was always so sweet , kind, and generous to the kids of Docena, but she was quick to lovingly correct us if got out of line. And if she had to correct one of us, we knew for sure our Mama was going to hear about it. The Tortorici's were very Special People, and a Big Part of our lives in the community. May God Bless the family,Henry, Diane and Linda. Praying He will bring you Much Peace and Comfort in the difficult days ahead. ❤

Greta was a precious friend. I talked with her several times when they retired from the Docena Store. She loved everyone and was always asking about my family and others from the Docena Community. I Know we will see her again!

Greta, may you RiP. You were like a second mother to all of us children as we grew up in Docena. Never judging any of us by what little we had but always reminding us that we had each other. Your love of others was an inspiration to us all. You will be missed. Praying for peace and comfort for the family whos hearts are filled with emptiness but rejoicing that they will see you again one day. Love and hugs to you all.
