To the Washburn Family, May our Heavenly Father wrap his loving arms around each of you giving you comfort, strength, courage and peace as you travel this road of sadness. My husband and I knew Ray from Boy Scouts and I am sure he is sitting around the big campfire in Heaven sharing Scout stories with all the other Scoutmasters who have gone on before him and that we will meet again.

I am also part of the Carraway hospital family. Ray was a good man and a hard worker. There was also times when we could cut up a little or talk about football or of course, our kids. Loved those Maintenace Christmas parties when they all had their families come in for a big luncheon. People throughout the hospital wanted to come by and meet all of their families. Just another great memory.
My prayers go out to Ray's family and friends. Rest in Peace dear friend.

Ray was a dedicated.leader in the Boy Scouts of America.I was truly blessed to have him as a friend and leader as me and my two sons Ryan and Shane went to join troop 911 and be part of that troop,His inspiration and leadership helped both Ryan and Shane reach the ultimate goal of being Eagle Scouts.Thank you Ray ,you will be missed.
