Love and peace for Betty Fernandez
September 3, 2019
I was deeply saddened to learn of Bettys passing. Extending my deepest sympathy to Bettys family and friends. May you find strength at this time and comfort in the good memories. May her memory be eternal. RIP

I worked with Betty at OSD and she was one of the kindest people with whom I ever worked. She was quick to help others, gracious in sharing her vast knowledge, quick to make me feel better when I was feeling down, and always one to give you a sincere and heart warming good morning at the start of each day. Betty came to work to work...not to gossip, not to try and outshine others, not to pass judgment on others, not to make excuses when the going got tough. The Commonwealth was blessed to have her and I feel blessed having known her.
